Comprehensive energy solutions for buildings.

Welcome!

This website continues the saga of the Energy Detectives® that began at the offices of Informed Energy Decisions, LLC from 2003 to 2008. Looking forward, co-founder Cappy Kidd continues to bring his expertise to various projects to improve the energy performance of built environments, old and new. Check out Energy Detective Kidd's On the Case reports.

Energy Detectives' recent and current projects range from ice rinks to museums, LED lighting retrofits in major buildings and city streets, to visiting Cuba with the first delegation of the Association of Energy Engineers.
